Westside offers a “Secretarial service” option to its clients. This kind of service is widespread and widely used in Europe. The popularity of such service is well substantiated – this is convenient and cheap. We offer Secretarial service corresponding to international standards.

Services offered:

• Granting the client with the right to use legal address in Moscow or in Moscow region (for the purposes of indicating this address in constituent documents, indicating this address as a post address, etc.);
• Receipt of incoming correspondence of the client;
• At the client’s request we provide:
  • Workspaces with all necessary office equipment;
  • Conference room (for the purposes of holding shareholders’ meetings, supervisory board meetings, annual/extraordinary meetings, presentations, negotiations, etc.).
