Yegor Kravchenko appointed partner of Westside law firm

Yegor Kravchenko, the senior associate of Westside law firm, became partner of the firm.

Yegor has been working in the lawyers’ team since 2007. He was appointed to the position of senior associate in April 2010.

He is an expert in corporate law, specializes in cross-border M&A transactions. Yegor participated in many projects of buying and selling businesses with multi-national corporate structures and in the creation of corporate structures in various jurisdictions. He has extensive experience of participating in projects protecting the rights of clients in corporate conflicts.

Yegor is a graduate of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
